Dispatch Information
Houndsly aim to dispatch your products within 3 working days from date of your order. If this is any different and for any reason it may take longer, you will be notified immediately. We aim to provide the best products with the best quality so sometimes a little extra special care and attention is needed.
Delivery & General Terms
As delays can happen and be unforeseen, Houndsly accepts no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within our estimated time-scales.
Our customer, the person placing the order, is responsible for supplying us with the correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, if an incorrect address has been provided to us.
Some items delivered may require a signature. Please ensure you are available for the signature request. If a person, other than the named customer, from the specified delivery address signs for the delivery, the liability for that item still belongs to the named customer.
When you receive your products from the courier it is very important to ensure that you have checked the packaging of your goods, and that its condition is good before you sign the delivery note. Please inform us immediately if you receive an open or damaged parcel.
